The EI19 Horizontal Low Frequency Transformer is composed of multiple parts, which together determine its structure and function. The following is a specific introduction:
----Structure and composition:
1. Magnetic core: The magnetic core of EI19 horizontal low-frequency transformer is composed of E-type and I-type magnetic sheets, usually made of silicon steel sheet material. Silicon steel sheets have high magnetic permeability and low hysteresis loss, which can effectively conduct magnetism. The E-type and I-type magnetic plates are alternately stacked to form a closed magnetic circuit, providing a good magnetic medium for the electromagnetic induction of transformers. EI19 represents the size specification of the magnetic core, where "19" generally refers to the width of the core column being 19 millimeters. Different sizes will affect the performance parameters such as power capacity of the transformer.


2. Winding:
Primary winding: It is the part of the transformer connected to the power supply, usually wound with enameled wire on one side of the magnetic core. The number of turns of the primary winding is determined based on the input voltage and the transformer's transformation ratio requirements, while its wire diameter depends on the current passing through it. For example, when the input voltage is high, the number of turns in the primary winding will correspondingly increase to meet the requirements of the transformation ratio.


Secondary winding: connected to the load, also made of enameled wire winding, multiple secondary windings can be designed as needed to provide different output voltages.
