Engineering Highlights

Nano-crystalline + Litz-wire design. The G20 transmitter uses multi-strand Litz wire on a nano-crystalline magnetic backing to cut high-frequency losses (skin effect) and concentrate the magnetic field — the key to stable, low-heat charging.

Automotive three-coil architecture. ZXY's 20 W–22 W in-car charging assembly (12 V/24 V input) arranges three overlapping coils to create a wide charging zone, so a phone placed anywhere on the tray still charges — a "blind-charge" feature drivers expect.

Robot-grade receivers. Racetrack-shaped multi-layer receiver coils with ferrite shields and pressure-sensitive adhesive are built for floor-sweeping robots, delivering the alignment tolerance and heat control docking stations demand.

Ferrite shielding as standard.
